Following up on the "pledge" that Obama's never-dismantled campaign apparatus was going to be knocking on doors to talk about Toxic Avenger Geithner doing a heckuva job, they've released a training video. Ed Morrissey simply calls it "very, very creepy" as it furthers the bizarre cult-of-personality that Americans seem to have been swindled into. Evidence can be found at the Organizing for America website:
Today it was raining like crazy but several of us still went out and managed to get 212 pledges signed - not bad considering the weather. I was heartened by the strong support President Obama still enjoys locally. We got tee shirts made up for the occasion that have the Obama emblem and "President Obama - We Pledge Our Support" on them.Recall the scene in Jesus Camp where religious types blessed a cardboard cutout of former President Bush (in tongues!). At least those weirdos weren't sporting Obama-stickered clipboards and bugging me at the local grocery store to get behind the stimulus package.
... Our President told us we have to stay involved if we expect the changes we voted for to happen. The special interests will be active - we have to be twice as active as they are!

Just replace "Our President" with "Our Furher!" Seig Heil Herr Obama.
^Seriously.
If one of these jokers comes to my house, they better be ready for a conversation. Organizing for America sounds alot like "working together for the good of the state." Boo socialism. Of course, they use the buzzwords energy, healthcare, and education cause, who doesn't want that? Next thing you know, they'll say, if you don't like Obama, you hate children. You don't hate children....do you?
I pray they come to my house. I've had a bad month and need somneone to take it out on!
Don't give me "Obamarama," sir! All Amurcans love them some cult of personality. Zombies to the left of us, zombies to the Right.
Uncle Ronnie, anyone! How 'bout that Iranian arms dealin' Ollie North? We love a man in a uniform, though, don't we? (These days, though: provided he's not from our own family.)
Oh, but "Jesus Camp" was brilliant, eh? They walk among us...
There's always room for another religion. But don't come by my house...I DO hate kids....I mean...I hate the country....no wait..kids! Shit.
