I stand by an earlier post that we should "move on", but this news will certainly change the political calculus about investigating the former Bush administration officials.
Those who crafted the memos those who demanded the techniques be done and those who stood by and let it be done all need to be prosecuted.
Everyone involved needs to be removed from office (or their library) and face jail time or other appropriate punishments.

Nix, no they are going to attempt a "wedge strategy" wherein the Dems did not receive full briefings on the scope of the Torture Campaign and/or key pieces of the memos were held back from them.
